Juan Carlos Ventura

Juan Carlos Ventura is a seasoned investor, advisor, and operator with over two decades of experience spanning real estate and hospitality development, critical infrastructure, logistics, and life sciences. As Managing Partner of CIWA Transportation, Mr. Ventura leads the investment, development, and operation of transportation infrastructure projects designed to deliver efficient, scalable cargo solutions across both emerging and developed markets.

Mr. Walter Revell is Chairman of Revell Investments International, Chairman Emeritus of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Chairman of SYMX Holdings, Chairman of International Finance Bank and former Secretary of Transportation for the State of Florida among a storied career. He also served as Chairman and CEO of H.J. Ross Associates & Post, Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan (PBS&J).
